Bag filling and weighing system DAX-PVS

Bag filling and weighing system DAX-PVS

Functional description and benefits

The bag filling and weighing system daxPVS is used for the filling and exact weighing of powders and granules into bags with a capacity of 15 kg reaching up to 25 kg.

This bag filling system has a compact and easy to clean design and combines a simple, semi-automatic operation with a high throughput.

The implemented Pinch Valve System (PVS) is an innovation originating from Daxner. It consists of a pneumatically actuated rubber hose dosing system. The hose was developed with a very smooth inner surface, in order to achieve an efficient discharge and a high dosing accuracy. A major advantage is the easy cleaning of the inner surface which is in contact with the product.

The filled bags are then closed dust-tightly with a stitching machine.

This system is completely wired “plug & play” and equipped with a configurable check weighing unit. It can be easily transported across the production facility by a fork-lift-truck.

Die befüllten Verkaufsgebinde werden mittels einer Nähanlage staubdicht verschlossen.
