Functional description and benefits
The mobile screen is connected between the tanker truck and the silo-loading line using quick-change couplings prior to the pneumatic conveying.
The vibratory flatbed screener gently controls and screens the material with minimum particle degradation. The screen mesh width can be chosen according to the material to be screened. Particles smaller than the screen mesh pass through the screen whilst the impurities and oversized material remain on the screen.
Afterwards, the screen can easily be cleaned by simply opening up the top of the screener and removing the oversize.
