Functional description and benefits
daxpH+ monitors and determines the pH value during the manufacturing process. The pH value and temperature are continuously transmitted to the control system. Therefore, the measuring values are readily available during the fermentation process.
The comparison with target graphs (with defined values) allows the detection of any deviation. This means that new parameters for the process can be sent to the control system immediately.
